We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Gross provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality dental healthcare.  Our goal is to provide treatment in a timely manner with as few visits as necessary.  To provide the best services to our patients, we require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments.  Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, and we will require you to provide a credit/debit card number to eliminate failed appointments.  Your card will not be charged until services are rendered.  We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and result in you needing to cancel your appointment.  A cancellation fee of $75 per hour may be assessed for any cancelled and missed appointments.
